The only thing that you really can do naturally is wear a good supportive bra. Go get sized first at Sears or JCPenney or Nordstroms (NOT victoria secret, they do not size big women well).
If you have any health issues you would be an excellent candidate for a breast reduction with lift.

Sometimes a breast reduction is best because it takes away the excess fat, and at the same time lifts the breasts to a full cup again. You could go from a 36dd to a pert 36 c - which would look great and feel so much more comfortable.
I had a reduction for medical reasons and I have been wearing a good firm support bra ever since.

I'm a 34DD, and I buy bras at Lady Grace. My favorite is Le Mystere bra, which I was told by the woman there that it is the only kind of bra that Oprah will wear. I also recommend the Felina bra. If there isn't a Lady Grace near you, you can buy them online at www.ladygrace.com . Good Luck!

You don't say how old you are or if you already have children. You are probably a candidate for breast reduction. The surgery gives you a whole new perspective...being a normal size and having no back pain.
