Would this be possible to do? And if so how do I do this? My ideal plan would be to get the car in my name, and a few months later file for bankruptcy, and just give up the stupid car. If I cannot do this then I still want to file for bankruptcy and just keep paying for the car for 3 more years when the loan is paid.
