How To Live Without Incontinence?

Question

if someone have this thing,how he can or what he should do,and is there special surgery thing or any kind,
actually its not bacteria cuz he just used some special medecine so he just felt better for a couple days,then its came back like it was,so please who know anything about it please help ;),and thanks :)
