I think it can.. If the weather's crappy, I always feel a bit 'low'.
Hope you get some sunshine soon : )

I think we often feel fed up when the weather is horrible and a lot happier when it is sunshining!
Maybe you are less likely to go out during all this bad weather and not getting quite so much fresh air and exercise (which benefits your skin).

Well it has to do a lot with light and darkness. Natural light like daylight sunshine automaticallly makes people happy and destressed. When it's dark and crappy, people's moods are brought down, and feel crappy as well. Not sure of the science, but there is for sure a connection.

Weather can affect your mood. Notice when its cloudy or nasty out you are just kind of blah. The Sun helps you body with vitamin K which kelps you feel good.

i tell you what- weather does affect our mood. when it's cloudy i'm lazy. i watch too much t.v. i don't even want to read the paper &/or see the news. and of course-no housework and cooking. when it's sunny i feel like a whole new person. i then want to do everything and exhaust myself. what are the spots you refer to?

yes... did you know in some parts of alaska they have beds simillar to tanning beds that they can sit in to boost their mood. I guess it's sort of like going to a counseling session.
Not enough sun can make a person sad. I do believe the suicide rate is higher in places where it rains more too but don't quote me on that one!
