Yes, the movie takes place 2 years after episode 51. I don't want to ruin any story for you so I'll leave it at that.
As far as the link to the movie goes, http://tv-links.co.uk should have it under the anime section. If not, you may just have to go buy it at some store. =P

The movie does tell you what happens after episode 51. It ties every loose end and concludes the story.

I'm not sure if there is a website where you could download the movie, but I did get the movie in Japanese with English subtitles on Limewire.
