Yes i have.. I took care of my blind father-in-law, son that was sick for most of his short life and my husband when he got prostate cancer. I thought after that it was finally "me" time..WRONG...Now I'm caring for my mom who has dementia and this may sound selfish, but i want someone to take care of me. Don't forget to have time for yourself.

I just looked around and realized I must have left during intermission. I was pretty involved in thinking about others and helping them and didn't notice I was missing. I hope I'm doing O.K. and having a good time somewhere and maybe getting an ice cream.

I used to, but that was then.
I have changed that pattern in my life and actually make time for myself every week now.
So, I say to you all, don't forget yourselves, you are important too!
