I would have to say Nokia. All incoming and outgoing calls are ten cents a minute, after seven p.m. on weekdays your calls are free, and on weekends, all calls are free! All this for just one dollar a day!

the best prepaid cellphone is the one that you don't have to pay anymore on....but guess I'm dreaming on that....
