Gurgle is a royal gramma who displays hypochondriac behavior when he discovers Nemo is from the ocean and when the Gang disabled the aquarium filter as part of the plan to free Nemo. Gurgle is voiced by Austin Pendleton.

It is indeed a royal gramma basslet (also known as a bicolor pseudochromis). Here's a list of all the characters, the actors/actresses who were the "voices", and photos of the actual fish on which the characters were based: http://home.iprimus.com.au/ttguy/finding_nemo.htm

It's a Royal Gramma, but, you do realize that this is a cartoon and isn't really a live fish so, your question really doesn't belong here.....?
