The constitution LIMITS the powers of government.
You should know this, George.
If you're wondering why the American people are so angry at you, it's because you referred to my beloved constitution, the most important document in the history of mankind, as "Just a G-------D piece of paper."
The constitution requires that both houses of congress...the House and the Senate...approve plans to go to war and resources to send to war, including soldiers.
Mr. Bush, you got around this technicality in the "G-------D piece of paper" by creating a private army, called Blackwater.
I'm sure you realize that the death toll the government reports from the human rights debacle you created only includes American children who lost their life in Iraq, and not in a foreign hospital, even though they were mortally wounded in Iraq, nor does it include the deaths of your private Blackwater army.
I hope this answers your excellent question, Mr. President. Now that your lackey and legal spin poodle, Alberto Gonzales, is under closer scrutiny after saying "I dont recall" for several days, then saying "I'm sure nothing bad happened", I'm guessing Yahoo! Answers is your best source of information.
