Ask yourself how they got your number for the card.You don't say what kind of card it is..At any rate you call your bank and tell them.They will cancel the card and or P.I.N.number.Simple solution is go to your bank,then can get a new card and P.I.N. number...If it is theft of your card,you need to call the number on the back of your card and let them know..that way you won't be held accountable for anything.

Need a few more bits of info here. From what I can decipher, someone used your (credit) card without telling you. You are out of luck unless you can prove who used it and are willing to procecute them. If you report it, and the company finds out who, they WILL procecute.
