My wife and I are going to Las Vegas soon and we're a little interested in visiting a topless pool while there. Understanding the fact that I will at least have to pay a cover charge to get in (she may not), are there any pools that allow non-guests of the hotel to go to?

Different hotels have different policies. I live in Las Vegas, and I just collect car stickers that say you're working at a hotel pool from all my friends who work there, so if you've got connections, use them. But most of them require you to be a guest, so just go in with someone else. And sometimes, if you come in through the hotel rather than from a parking lot or garage entrance, they don't check. But without stickers, there are rarely guaranteed ways to get in.

Good luck! And I think that the stratosphere has a topless bathing pool that they don't check room keys at. But you do have to pay.

Yes. There is an article on this webpage you may wanna check out. Stratosphere has "european sunbathing" that is for sure available to non-guests. And yes there is a cover charge. I can't say for sure on the others, but with money, you can make anything happen in vegas.

Most of the hotels in general require you to be a registered guest to be admitted to ANY of their pools. The ONLY exception to this is Rehab Sundays at the Hard Rock. (And they check room keys to make sure they're current and valid.)
