A very nice memory came to me today. I remember it so well its unbelievable. The memory was from 16 years ago, and straight away I thought about the births of my three children, death of loved ones, weddings (my own included) as well as other moments that have happend in-between.
It took my breath away, the thought of time passing by so quick. I'm still in my early 30's, with hopefully, a while to go yet.
I think the thought of going back to a certain date in time is appealing to most people, even if for just one day and not necessarily to try and chane things for the future.
I'd love to know what you think...

Your lucky that you have wonderful memories, there is no harm in remembering the things that happen in your life, sometimes when you are down and you remember your past it brings a smile to your face, hold on to them and, i think its healthy.

Ah I love that feeling. A song will often transport me back to a certain time. In fact there are a couple of songs that bring back memories so strongly that I want to cry. I am in my early 30's too so I know what you mean!
There are several things I would like to go back to, not to change them but just to savour them, at the time I didn't realise how important they would be.
My first kiss with my soulmate
My last visit to my nan in hospital
Christmas Eve in New York
Watching Braveheart at the cinema
Several great nights out in Southsea with a big gaggle of students
The moment I walked through the door of my first house

I know what you mean, and sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I had not done certain things or vice versa.
Time seems to pass much more quickly the older you get.
