Umm, the % of gravity coming from the core would be the same as the % of mass that the core of the earth makes up. So for example if the core were 30% of the entire mass of the earth, than it would make up 30 % of our gravitational pull. I don't know the mass of the core...

This is a complicated question. Gravity is dependent upon the two masses (such as the mass of the Earth and the mass of a person standing on the Earth) divided by the square of the distance between the two masses. Since the mantle is more massive than the core, and since it is closer to the surface than the core, it contributes much more force. How much more? I don't want to do the calculations. Why don't you give it a try?
