I'm so annoyed with neighbor kids?

I am so annoyed with the neighbor kids across the street they are always yelling i mean when the big sister is watching her little brother she's like 18 she constinly yell and yell and the kid is annoying and he also yells to i can't tolerate it anymore im going insane it's worst with the windows open im going completely out of my mine so what should i do it's like everyday even in the morning when im sleeping and to top it off they look at me when im on the computer by the window keep saying hi im going nuts so help

and the mom is the same way

call the police for noise and a domestic disturbance, they will eventually move back to the trailer park they came from

sounds like most of the answers you got are smart-a** replies. I'll give you a real answer. I have the same problem. I live in an apartment complex (a nice POST community) and I simply reported it to the manager, who fined the noise makers $100. I was also told that if it continues (which it has) to let the manager know and then to simply call the police, but you have to remember that there are noise restrictions, usually set in place by the county you live in. Here in Atlanta, it is 10pm. Basically, if its a noise disturbance prior to 10pm, the police will not even respond. You could also be the bigger person and be nice and simply go to them and ask them nicely to try to be a little quieter (my experience with this is that they get defensive - thats why I called the manager.)
Dont make threats or scream back at them. Be the bigger person. Some people just have no consideration for other people. Welcome to planet earth! :)

Just yell out the window "You kids better shut up! I know where you live and I've seen where you sleep and when you wake up in the morning your mom will be crying after she see's what I did to you!"

That should shut them up. If that doesn't work then call the police.

or call the cops cause they disturbing the peace.I had a mexican family like that a year ago in my apartments they played that damn Mexican Tejano polka music all day long and loud they kids jumped on and off the sofa. Well I called the cops on them 3 times and He got his dumb butt evicted .First he put a rival families cars all on flat .Then he pulled knife out on ther kids .So They called the cops and the apartment ppl evicted them an they only were living there for 3 weeks and they caused that much damage. I hate ghetto unclassy neighbors they bring the area down quick.When I say GHETTO i don't mean blacks I mean unclassy idiots whom have no decency for tyhe community they keep there house and yard trashy and just annoyance.

We have the same problem. I don't know what to do. You hate to have conflict, but why should you have to absorb all the negative side-effects of those kids' behaviors? Kids will be kids, but poorly supervised kids are everyone's problem. You could start by being nice to them, and hope that gives you leverage with them. You might then be able to ask them not to do certain things, and since you've made nice with them, they may cooperate. But if that doesn't work, you have to resort to harsher measures. Worse case, calling authorities.

call the cops...not 911 but the actual police department in your city. Tell them and theycan give them a warrning or a fine or sumthing for disturbence or somthing.but i know that you can call and they do do stuff to help you.

but also audio tape them...better yet do it with a video too so if needed people can telll it is from there house..ur recording it..AND u can hear it inside ur house and the time they do it too!!!

Sounds like our neighbours.If you come on them hard they'll hate you so much and bug you even more.Try the 'acting nice tacticts'.Flirt with the sis then later try to talk her and her younger bro into shutting up and bugging off-believe me it works!!
