Last I checked, gas prices weren't up that much in Europe... maybe 6 or 7 dollars, but not 9.

Oh, you did NOT wanna do that!!
ok, here goes. call me butter cuz i'm about to be on a roll.
Is this question MEANT for americans to put themselves down?? cuz i see a lot of people doing that! and, for God's sake!! you're stereotyping!! saying that ALL americans are complaining, NO americans are trying to stop ourselves from using so much oil!! WHY do you THINK our prices are so low?/ (ok. scratch that last one)
aren't you CRYING LIKE A BABY yourself right now, you stupid, stereotyping, stupid, stupid, clueless, idiot!!
OHhhh!!! you get me so PISSED!!
you know what else? this is the stupidest question!!! do you honestly expect a scientific explanation of why "americans cry like babies," which is really just an overgeneralization??!!!
You probably know nothing about the transfer of dollars and so on and the whole political side of it, and honestly shut up!
GRRRRR GO DIE IN A CORNER.
Sorry. wait no, actually i'm not. you are.

The dollar is weaker than the Euro ... which means you pay more.
I think if I were a European, I'd be crying to see $9.00/gallon (don't u use liters?) for every tank. Good thing you guys have those awesome mini-cars & scooters with great gas milage.
Stupid us have so many SUV's, Hummer's, & Tanks that those of us who want to down-size to a smaller car are SOL --- It's not safe to drive a Vespa near a Hummer ... it's not safe to drive a mini-car near a SUV.

Because we aren't in Europe and no matter how high your gas prices are doesn't mean that ours aren't high...so we can cry all we freakin want to!

I find this very interesting. What do you make for wages? What other things can you compare for us? What do you have for public transportation? I'm horrified to think of $9.00 a gallon! Is that really $9. American money??

Is that price all for the gas or is part of that for the tax?

Cuz we use more gas than any other country in the world and we should get it cheaper.
