Why is this so true today? Our Congress cannot even pass a fair immigration bill that would benefit millions.

If the world can survive the Inquisition, massive plagues in the middle ages, world wars,..., I think the U.S. can handle 12 million illegal immigrants.

The problem was the illegal millions were the only ones benefiting. The world is looking much better for people who have respect for the law.

What millions would benefit? The ones who have paid into social security for a lifetime only to see it lavished on somebody who never slaved or paid into it at all? 2000 years ago Moses said, "Pick up your shovel, pack your ***, mount your camel and I shall lead you to the promised land." 200 plus years ago George Washington said, "Get off your ***, use your shoved, clear the land, grow plants for camels and it will be the promised land". Last year the congress said, "Si, Amigos, throw away your shovel, sit on your ***, light your camels, we're giving you the promised land".

The immigration debate has been going on for 150 years and it will still be going on 150 years from now.

Fair? That bill wasn't fair you noodle. I bet you never read a single line from that bill. Theres a reason 80 percent of America was screaming no for that bill.
