Twelve months is the average age to start introducing cow's milk. By about 14 months the baby should be off formula. Talk to your Dr. about what's best for your baby.

usually you can start giving them milk a like 1 or 1 1/2. but if a can make a suggestion based off my own expierence, give your baby goats milk. its got more in it that is similar to breast milk and it is way easier on the baby's digestive system.

They say 12 months, but I know people that had switched at 10 and 11 months....I started alternating b/t milk and formula at 11 1/2 months.....

well everybody already said it but at least 1 year for cows milk and also anything with honey in it including graham crackers, honey nut cheerios etc...

They never actually need it - no human does.
It's not recommended before 12 months of age if you do decide to give it.
