I would like to go to the most Beautiful beach in California. I want to go to Baja California, but the new passport law wont let me go. What are some beaches that are on the border of mexico but are still in california?

Coronado Beach is beautiful, as is Silver Strand and Imperial Beach. All are close to the Mexican boarder and wonderful to visit.
You don't need a passport to visit Baja California if you are driving or walking across the border, just your drivers license is ID enough. If you wish to fly or take a boat all you need to have done is apply for a passport. You would need to go to the state department website and download a receipt that you applied but you don't have to have your passport yet.

Malibu, located in Southern California has some very beautiful beaches. Leo Carrillo and Zuma beaches located north of Malibu are very nice. Big Sur and Carmel located in Northern California are absolutely beautiful as well.
