as an Egyptian,I'd choose the pharaohs...i think because ladies dressed up very pretty and they were very spoiled...

Ancient Egypt or Babylon. Just to maybe get even a fleeting glimpse of whatever knowledge was around in the world at that time, before the Christians burned the Great Library at Alexandria.

I would choose to live in my grandmother's era. Around 1930's to 40's. Would be interesting to experience life like she did. Then I could appreciate her stories and memories even more.

I love Gone With The Wind...but I hate the whole concept of the Civil War and death between families...so how about 80 years before the Civil War....I can wear the hoop skirts and be a Southern Belle.
