yes you can...but you need to be careful if this is a back-up generator being used when you have a power failure...if you wire the generator into your main fuse panel make sure that you turn the main breaker for the power coming to your house from the power pole or when the power comes on you are now running 220volt...very bad for everything that is plugged in at that time...lots of sparks,smoke and big insurance claim...alll bad...

120V is the max output for this generator; you won't be able to run a stove, electric dryer or central A/C.

Check the wattage output of the generator; Watts=Volts x Amps. Add up the amperage of the items you will be using at one time and multiply by 120.

You will have no problems with the voltage difference. Be careful with connection to your house to protect against backfeed.

Yes its the same but just check that the gen is big enough to use what you want in your house if you are useing it for a back up

5 volts is not a big difference just make sure you use a transfer switch before your main panel
