Sounds like one of those darn sinus headaches...those things really hurt...your eyes won't stop watering...and you can get really dizzy if you make sudden movements like standing up or bending over too quickly! Not sure if that's what you mean, but that's the first thing that came to mind. Hope you or whoever it is feels better real soon! ;o)
