I work for a security/access control company who installs security equipment in commerical buildings and private residences. They are allowing family memeber who have felony's work for them. Is this legal??

Sure it is. It is a private company. As long as this person is not armed it is legal. I personally would not hire a felon if I ran a security buisness.

They can hire whoever they want, but you are right to be suspicious-that is not a good business practice, and if something ever does go down, they will be out of business quick fast.
