If you want to become a pitcher a good fastball is just one way to get a hitter out. There is a lot more to pitching than just throwing hard. Greg Maddux has won well over 300 games in MLB and probably never delivered a pitch at 95mph. The ability to throw hard, with control, is a real asset and maybe something you should pursue, but you have to want to play the game first. If I were you I would try to find a league in your area and give baseball a try, it could be some of the best times you will have as a young guy. Good luck to you, I hope it works out.

First thing you need to know is that it will take A LOT of work. Not only on the baseball field but off (weight room, track) as well. As much natural talent as you are saying you have and without seeing you, I would probably say that it attainable. Outside of how hard you can throw, you need to be able to put it where you want it too. Can you throw a strike? Because this will take time to develop this as well, especially when there is a batter in the batters box and whether this is someone on base and so on. Just know its not ALL about how hard you can throw. Throwing hard does not make you successful (but it sure helps!).

Steve is right about using your leg to throw hard. It's not all in your arm although it does help to hava a strong arm. I would get into a program either in a local college or minor league and get yourself a GOOD PITCHING COACH.
You can ask all you want here but if you don't have a coach who knows what he's doing and showing you the right mechanics of throwing, you not only will not get better, you can also injure yourself. Pitching isn't only about speed, it's also accuracy, how you hold the ball, the twist of your wrist and elbow and point of release.
Good luck and remember what Tommy Lasorda said, "There's only 3 ways to get to Dodger Stadium.... practise, Practise, PRACTISE !!"

I would suggest not trying to be a pitcher. It is a ton of work to improve your speed that much plus trying to learn other pitches will be tough. I would suggest trying to play in the outfield. Not as much skill plus if you have a gun on you already you might do alright.

It depends on your form and how strong your legs are. Most of the speed generated in pitching is with the drive off th back leg not with the strength of the arm.
