You have a very strong emphasis on Capricorn and Saturn in your chart. This includes your Venus (the planet of love and relationships), which is also placed in Capricorn.
People with such a strong Capricorn influence tend to be highly cautious and set very high standards when it comes to love. It often takes them a long time to trust and warm up to someone. They typically dislike frivolous and superficial affairs. Their love nature is serious and responsible. What the typical Capricorn seeks is a committed relationship that will last a lifetime.
That is why Capricorns tend to enter relationships and marry later than most people, because they seek true quality love, and that is hard to find.
It requires patience.
The good news is that, when Capricorn influenced people ultimately do find love, it is often a love that is truly solid, real and for keeps.

Nothing is because of your chart. Luck only happens in gambling and even then winners and losers are pretty much determined on a ratio sclae to keep people spending.
It could be because at 13 you don't really need a 'love life'.
A socia life which includes being interested in boys and maybe even having a boyfriend (but not real dating yet) is normal at thrteen and that age is typically awkward for both boys and girls and they seek acceptance from the opposite sex as well as their friends. Relationships come and go pretty quickly and often at this stage, but as you mature and you and the boys you like are less changeable (body and emotions) with that maturity, relationships last longer and eventually become long term and hopefully (usually mid 20's) permanent.
I raised a boy and a girl (I also work with teens) and each relationship while in adolescence is heart rending to a degree when it ends, but that is usually about acceptance and rejection and how important that is to us all and especially growing teens.
forget the Zodiac and astrology, numerology, etc and focus on boys who like the movies, games and other things you do.
interest are more important than their popularity or athleticism or even cuteness, though there is nothing wrong with those things.
Enjoy being a teen, it is a great and usually relatively carefree time that goes too quickly. If you meet a boy who likes you and has similar interest then spend time with him.
Don't let him monopolize your time or be too possessive or pressure you for sex, etc. There is plantly of time for that much later. Some kissing, holding hands, etc is fine if you like each other but don't get too serious or go beyond that.
If you don't find one boy you like then have lots of guy friends just to hang out with, just as friends.
Don't be too focused on a boyfriend, but like I said if you find one enjoy some time together, as well as allowing time for you and your school work and other friends and wait for the romance until you are older.
Good luck.
PS there is nothing wrong with numerology games or reading your horoscope or other match games, but just don't take them seriously, they are just fun, that is not a solution and no one is born under a bad sign or chart or whatever.

It's perhaps your ton of capricorns. I'm polarized too (I have two stelliums like they call them) and sometimes I think that it can make a difference among people who are less definite than i am. When i was 15, one of my friends could predict in part my behavior. I'm a simple individual really, and i don't understand some basic things, but i'm focused like fire on what i like.

Excuse me while I recover my consciousness.
If that was your chart, you have probably the biggest stellium I've ever seen IN ONE SIGN as well as ONE HOUSE!
And yes, Pluto in 7th might have something to do with it...
