Well. normally the funds of schools (the money they have) is not high enough to build an entire restaurant. If you mean to have a company pay for it; most likely they aren't going to let them build on their school campus because it's distractive to students. Granted, it's a lot better food. If you're really serious about this, get in touch with your school counselor or class president to have a fund raiser to raise money.
