They haven't responded because that's exactly how not to approach an agent. You should never call them directly or show up at their office unannounced to drop anything off. It's very unprofessional and they will black list you. They won't reply unless they are interested in you. The only good way to submit to an agent's office is by mail. You probably won't hear anything from them but remember there's a lot of good work out there that you don't need an agent to get. Use that to build up your resume. When you're in a show, or you get new headshots, mail them a postcard with the info for the show on it and send them an updated headshot when appropriate. Do not keep sending them the same thing every week though. There's not much you can do. Agents are hard to get for a reason because they have to be willing to take a chance and invest in you. The only way they will do that is if they know they can use you for something and you will book the job because that is how they make their money.

Agents are not replying, because you don't have anything on your resume that piques their interest. Talent Agents do NOT respond to packets. They have no interest in packets. They are thrown in the trash. I was agent, I know!

Never, Never call a Talent Agency unless they ask you to call. No response from an Agency means they have NO interest in you. Agents want to see a a VERY strong résumé, with work at quality theaters. They want to see that you had LEADING roles and performed in productions at the Regional Theaters. Agents go to the Regional Theater to find new talent to represent. If you are dropping off packets in front of Agency doors, no wonder you don't get an agent.

You must ACT! Not in bad NYC showcases, but, in real productions.
