I'm blonde too, but that is a true dumb blonde right there. And the only reason someone would break their neck is because they were telling you to put on a better outfit and they accidentaly fell off a cliff. And yeah, you can be sued if you break someones neck.

First off, I must say you realy should have posted a picture of yourself, where you aren't in a restroom looking as though you just came out of the stall with someone. There is absolutely nothing wrong with being confident in your appearance, but you (much like my lil sis) take it way overboard. You are a very pretty girl, but I don't think you will ever have to worry about being sued for breaking someone's neck.
