What is love when your not happy with it...and what is happiness without love in it....I choose both...they just can't go without each other.
THEY NEED ONE ANOTHER just like us needing a partner.

Love is a form of happiness so I would choose LOVE. But no they don't last forever. Some times things change but you have to go with it. It's just the way things are wether you like them or not.

Love is happiness. Don't know if it lasts forever, but I'm still with my first after many years and still happy. :)

Most of the time you find yourself Extremely Happy when your in love, Then again, Love can also cause you to be extremely unhappy. Love is a part of your Happiness, Or Vice Versa. Wow. As im typing, sure i know the answer to this.... I'm Realizing I dont. Good Luck.

I think that love is better...
regardless if its for you fam, a pet, boyfriend/girlfriend whatever when u love someone or something its a gift that you are able to share, when you share with your loved one u r happy... and with happiness---- u can have 1 million dollars and u'll LOVE life 4 the moment but when its gone and your fam, friends aren't there u have no one to share your happiness with how long do u believe this happiness will last...NOT VERY LONG

I am 'old-fashioned' and say there is no real lasting happiness without love and there is no lasting love without happiness. Love and happiness go together and one is not better than the other.

Love can last eternity but happiness is only expierenced in looking back on the past...happiness is an emotion and can pass just as rage passes...but love achors emotions, actions, personalities and characteristics...but in the world of today i must raise these few words (as the Black Eyed Peas did) Where is the love?

Interesting question ! How can one be better than the other ? Will love not bring happiness and a happy person is open to love. I do not think that you can separate the two, they are so intertwined.

I think that they can equate with each other. Firstly love is not something that happens overnight. It is a gradual process that takes many years, when it is put with marriage. Happiness is when you have the right partner in life, and you know that they will be always there for you. In that case it all boils down to trust.

I think happiness - love comes and goes and with it brings happiness AND turmoil.
I am at the stage in my life (mid 30's) where I would take happiness over love any day.

If u find ur happiness in urself n dont rely on others for it, i would say happiness lasts forever.
