If he is in you he is turned on, trust me. Have to be turned on to even start. He just might have a problem, or using those extended pleasure condoms. Just ask him in a nice way, sure there is a reason, but not that he isn't turned on. Happy Humping

Have him see an MD and get his blood pressure checked. That happens to be a common problem with high blood pressure. Also, high blood pressure is call "The silent Killer" for a reason.
