Little League has a division they call Junior League and it is just for the 13 year old player. It is the first opportunity for Little League ball players to pitch with major league dimensions of 60'6" and run 90 feet between bases. It is a big step forward and this is where the kids that really want to play baseball move on while the others drop out.

There are 18-30 hardball leagues all over the place. I've even seen 40 and over baseball leagues in KC. So you should be able to find a league to play in as long you want.

actually if you are over 18 there are plenty places in Jersey. I live in Essex County and play in a Men's League. our spring/summer season is almost over but you could sign up for the fall or for next year. Its the Amatuer Baseball Association and they have like 4 different leagues between Wood and Metal bats and levels of play. here is their website

There is a league called AAU. I played for one year. Played with and against lots of guys. Most of my team mates played in asia for a while and I had my back swing nail the Top Cubs catching prospect at the time...twice! in the same game! :) Good league gotta pay to play and I was in Florida but look into that.
