Y!A is for asking questions, and in the Polls & Surveys category, people are giving Polls & Surveys; asking the random questions they do. It's sort of superfluously redundant to include the words Poll or Survey in your poll or survey, in the section of Polls & Surveys.

No, because there are so many stupid people on this site. Most need to be treated like 2nd graders.

lol, not annoying, just weird--duh, it is the polls and surveys section

ANSWER: I think- depending on where they are from- UK, Canada etc.-it automatically comes up when they post their question.
