I first took ballroom and swing in 1990 and have done it off and on since then (depending on my schedule and availability of a dance partner). I love it. In fact, I started co-teaching a weekly class a bit over a week ago with my mother and step-father.

yes, it was awsome. Exhausting work, I took the international style latin dances too and every muscle in my body had to twist this way n that. I did a competition for the latin dances, that was cool. It's also good social skills to have.
