They look like they're on but there's no sound. I just want to be positive that there's nothing I can do before I get replacements or something. And it's NOT because the volumes' too low.

It was working yesterday, and no one messed with the cables either.
I'm trying to check if the plugs are loose.

Plug them into some other source, like a MP3 player or portable tape or CD player.

If you get sound out of them then you need to dig though all the volume controls main mixer to make sure that you have the volume turned up on the source as well as the output.

Right clicking on the audio icon in the taskbar should let you bring this up.

Are all of your speaker wires plugged in? Do you have the correct software for the speakers installed on your computer? Check both of those, then if not, sounds like busted speakers.

1)Check your power supply(the one that goes to the speakers)
2)Remove all the connections and put them back again
3)Check for the input (mebbe drivers if u are using a comp)
4)try using it on different devices
