Thats not what I meant, like the freemasons or skulls and bones society. Publicly we know the name, but not the inner workings.

Thompson is a member of the ECFWTA society. I heard he is the chairman. I also heard that W is the Sargent at arms. Their main purpose is to leak secret information to the public.

Does it really matter if they are? Do you "know" what a secret society is? You mention the Freemasons...do you really know anything about them? They are a fraternal order that is open to any man (sorry ladies) who wishes to join and has a belief in a supreme being. The only "secrets" they have are ways of identifying each other and certain initiation rites that give them a common bond. There are no animal sacrifices, no satanic curses, no voodoo, and no secret agendas. If you are a man and don't believe me, why don't you just find a mason and ask to become a member. You'll find out that there are very few secrets and what exists, can actually be found out if you do even a little research into the order. The same could be said of the Elks, the Lion's Club, the Eagles, the Moose Lodge, etc. The fact that many good men (politicians, clergy, managers, and blue collar workers) join a fraternaty that does good works and inspires good deeds is "why" many men who are sucessful (not necessarily rich) to join in the first place. I'd be more concerned with how a candidate intends to vote on specific issues than whether or not they belong to the local Elks Lodge.
