Thats my name!
I always get compliments on it. My middle name is Lynn but my parents almost named me Sarah. Andrea is a great name you dont see often and people tell me it makes me seem sweet and polite.

Good going, telling Patti C.
I have my mothers middle name. Alot of people think only boys can have the fathers name. I like the name Andrea Sarah. Go with what you want her to be.

My friend's name is Andrea, and she always gets compliments. It's a great name because it's a classic and everybody knows how to spell it but there aren't too many Andreas out there.
Andrea Sarah is alright, but I don't love it. The ea/arah endings sound too echo-y together (like Kayla Shayla, or Molly Ali, etc).

Andrea the female form of an Italian name meaning "Manly".
Its definitely not one of my personal favourites but I do like Sarah (Hebrew origin meaning Princess)
If it has to be an "A" name how about...Amanda, Angelina or Amielia.
Congrats & Good Luck anyway.
