I suppose you could make that a requirement, but I think there are some serious down-sides to your concept.
While it is true that you will be attracting a younger crew support system, if you will, there are some important social and legal issues to concern yourself with.
First being, of course, the virgins would probably be underage, since I doubt you will be launching your boat in Utah, and the ramifications of the results of a number of sailors interacting with juveniles is, well, scary. Under current law, you could well lose your ship.
Putting that aside, do you really want a gaggle of virgins prancing about your ship? Giggling and and teasing the other people on board?
I think not.
No, I think that due to the laws today, you are better off walking down to the dock, with a wad of bills, and inviting a number of professional "voyage enhancement" women to help you with your maiden voyage.

Have you ever applied for a job at Virgin Airlines? Be warned - the pre-employment physical exam is quite thorough.
