funny but this works. hang zip lock bags of water around the office the flies will see a magnified image of them selves and go away.

This is a very hard thing to do getting rid of flies is a huge problem as you know when camping or on a picnic we have found that by hanging a Kleenex or a very light object on the door itself will constantly keep the flies moving and scares them away from the door.

I don't know the actual name of it but it's a type of fan that is mounted over doorways to keep flies out. I'm sure they are costly but on the same line, maybe put a fan blowing toward the door. Flies don't like blowing air so this may deter them from coming in. You may want to look for the manufactures of these types of fans. Also there is a rumor that if you tape a ziplock bag filled half full of water to doors, flies won't come in. Personally, I have not tried it but maybe in your case, it might be worth a try. Some years ago I heard that a zip-lock bag half filled with water would keep flies out, so I checked on line after reading your question. Here is the site I came up with. If you can you can get a milk jug and cut 4 small 1/2" holes 2" from the top and fill it half with water and a cup of sugar. . Put the top on and the files will go in but can't get out. You can add some fruit to the water to intensify the scent. Place it out of customers sight.

Get a venus fly trap plant. put it in a hidden to others bu t not to you place. The pink in the plant attracts flies. If they are all closed at one time get a 2nd plant.
