im 4 months pregnant and my husband just went to jail for a DUI and has to do 6 months? and im left all alone to go through everything because my family isnt there for me.. i just wanted to know if ur going through the same situation.. how are you managing to go through all this alone...

He must have had a lot of DUI's in the past! When I was about 3 months, my boyfriend was in and out of court for a previous conviction which could have resulted in up to a year of jail time. He was in court about twice a week for a month and I was a complete wreck that entire time! I was so anxious that every day would be the last day I'd see him or something! The thought of not having him there when I went into labor was horrible. Luckily, the charges against him were dropped. I'm sorry you have to go through this b/c I can just imagine how rough that would be. You'll just have to be strong it tell yourself that he will be out and when he does get home he'll have a beautiful baby waiting on him. Hopefully you have some friends that can help you through, or maybe even his family. Sorry again, and best wishes

im not having the same situation like you but right now im family-less. i mean, im not currently staying with them since im working and for the most part my mom doesnt know this. my boyfriend is living just a few blocks away from my pad, and i find it hard to deal with my situation since im living all by myself. if i were you try to manage things. this will not be permanent, take care of your baby and dont bother too much youre baby is the most important right now. have a proper diet and if your husband comes back he would be happy if he will see that your baby is healthy. cherish this moment, every single moment. knowing that theres a little life inside you will make you stronger. take care and god bless!

My husband didn't go to jail... But my husband is in the Navy Submarines and he is going out on a deployment tomorrow for a couple months and won't be back untill 4 weeks after i give birth. It will be difficult.. But i'm sure you can do it :)

unfortunately im not pregnant or married but you could use a few pointers....you should go to your family and for watever reason there not talking to you you should apologize and ask for forgiveness then.......you should think about what you want in life........ is your husband the right one to help you take care of your baby........how are you sure he wont go back to jail.......these are some things you could think about......well i wish you the best........and may god bless you and you new family beginning

I'm really sorry for your situation. I wish your husband would have thought about this before he chose to drink and drive. He's lucky he didn't kill anybody. Hopefully this will be a wake up for him so that when the baby is born he will be more responsible. I wish you luck.
