Yes, the most creepy person I have ever met was at a bus stop. He was ugly, nasty, dirty looking and gave me a running 20 minute monologue, and every other word was a cuss word. Then wanted money. After I gave him a dollar he went away, still ranting about everything under the sun. And I thought he was waiting on the bus like me. EWWWW

Yea..we had a guy at work that we called 'chester the molester'. He seemed to fit the name, always wore a looong trenchcoat, even inside.
the guy finally went on a trip to China for the company, stayed about 3 months on the co. credit card..he may have stayed longer, they stopped the cc after 3 mo.
The women in the plant wouldn't even go into the breakroom when he was there.
I thought he was a little odd, also.

Yeah i run into them like almost everyday.Since i ride the bus.God there r some really creepy people on there.Weirdos lol.

ohh yea i used to live next to a drunk guy who used to yell at the simpsons. He was so loud and scary one night my 17 step son slept with his mom while i was working midnights that night. And she ran to his place and told him he was a jerk.

ya! there was this guy in his mid 40's who kept fallowing me and my friend at the park! he had hispet iguana with him and kept sending it over by us........ so we ran to this couple and they started throwing stuff at him!
