Is it a matter of opinion? Charisma is having an attractive personality, so much so that you light up peoples life. A charismatic I thought was a religious perspective of being full of the emotion of religion although good theology can be present as well. It would be funny to say theology is optional, but that would be oportunistic not charismatic. I think I've heard the phrase charismatic Catholic so I think it's a movement, group or order in the Catholic church of persons that emphasises personal revelation more than has been emphasized in many Western religions. We get so much into arguing about words instead of grasping concepts, an Eastern emphasis in Oriental religions. The Bible was written in the Mid-East and has both, as "the letter kills." Science too is caught up in the letter while some scientific concepts are hard to put in words. We get the words without understanding science, as it is, a product of imagination, intuition, math and finally words. Life is hard to put into words. We experience it as feelings, color, dreams and sense perception. Words are symbols and abstractions of reality that are not reality, frozen experience. The word may have other definitions as well or will probably, the dictionary keeps getting thicker.
