I really don't think so. On the Today Show Tuesday, Mr.Mcmahon deeply regretted showing a tribute to Benoit and insisted that "there will be absolutley NO trace of Benoit on WWE any longer." They might say something about the tragic fate of Nancy and Daniel Benoit, but probably nothing about Chris.

I noticed there is not a trace of Chris Benoit on wwe.com. Did you know the former WWE diva that died, Sensational Sherri, had ties to the Benoit family? It seems very ironic that Sherri had ties to them and died only 13 days before they did.

So yeah, I really don't think they will say a single thing about the death of Benoit any longer. It'll be a thing of the past, and they will just pretend it never happened.

My heart goes out to the family of Chris, Nancy, and Daniel, and may their souls rest peacefully in Heaven.

No they are cutting all ties with him because of what has happened. They didn't broadcast the original tribute show after Monday, and they don't intend to do it again. Vince McMahon has already said that Benoit's name won't be mentioned on air again.

RIP the Benoit family

They'll probably pretend it never happened. And for anyone who cares.... Benoit still may have not done it! There were articles on the internet about Chris' wife being dead, before they were even found dead. Don't believe me? Look up Chris Benoit on the yahoo search page and look around.

Tonight's epsiode of SmackDown is a relaunch of WWE storylines and until the situation with Benoit is cleared up, the WWE won't be doing a tribute for him

no. ECW was the only time that Vince and the WWE was ever going to mention his death again. Plus, they still need to consider the rest of the Benoit family members as well as nancy's.

I think you'll see Vince at the beginning saying that Mr. Benoit's name will not be mentioned again and that tonight's SD will be just matches to entertain the crowd. There will be no storyline progression and all you'll see is wrestling.

No, it won't. Vince McMahon stated that his name will never even be mentioned again in their broadcasts.

And for those calling Benoit a "murderer", unless you actually saw him do it yourselves, you have no clue if he's a murderer or not. I'm not saying he didn't do it and I'm not saying he did. The only people that truely know if he did it or not are either dead or very good at covering their tracks. So, unless you're one of them, keep your god damn mouth shut and stop acting like your opinion is fact.
