What can I do if the ports of my USB connectors are defective?

The 2 USB ports on my computer isn't working.

If this is a desktop computer that you are dealing with, and the mainboard drivers are installed, and the USB ports still don't work, your best fix would be to install an PCI/USB card.

If not some wires may have come lose but if you built the pc from scratch RMA (return for a replacement) the motherboard.
