Well it is a lie, as usual. Generally, girls aren't going to tell you the truth about your 5 and a half inch penis, which would be that it is "pretty small" or "tiny".
Generally, when people tell you that "penis size doesn't matter", you can usually assume that the opposite is true. Which suggesst that penis size is one of the most important things to a female, and one of thes strongest and fundamental ways to attract a ho.

It means you need help!!!! You are just trying to let everyone know. You are most likely....my guess 5inches or smaller and she didn't want to hurt your feelings so that's why she said you were "pretty big". And the perfect size is again because she didn't want to hurt your feelings. You really need to get over yourself

It means exactly what she said. It's not the biggest thing she's ever seen but it's not the smallest out there. It's a good size so it doesn't hurt but you can still feel it and it's still pleasing. Don't be so self conscious.

Size has nothing to do with making love, It all depends on the guys abilities to perform with finesse and respect of his partner and with love not aggression, also to be relaxed and feel the tenderness that's involved and enjoy making love with each other, rather than pain with a oversized one that could damage your insides so to speak
