Depends on the alternatives. It won't feel good, but it might feel less ungood than not peeing.
I've done it, not because he said it would feel good, but because my grand dad and some other old guys just off handly pointed when, as a 5 year old, I was hectoring him about needing a place to pee.
Those old guys got quite a laugh out of it. Thinking back on it makes me wish I had a grandkid.
