my laptop is connected to wireless and i can browse the internet with internet explorer non problems but i can not use any other internet based program and they are all allowed by my 2 firewalls the programs that i am having problems with are utorrent,limewire,safari and ares and msn messenger none of these will work please help me

..it could be a conflict..as in when we have 2 antiviruses installed sometimes 1 program detects the other as a virus..that is what a conflict is..try removing 1 firewall..

The 2 firewalls might be blocking your software.. It's possible that there's a firewall conflict.

Why do you have two firewalls??? Totally un-necessary.
