malicious mischief, vandalism, destruction of property, child endangerment if it went into a childs bedroom through a window, if someone got hit assault with a deadly weapon, if the person died, murder.

Nothing....... Because you would have to have a witness. That saw that. Because i don't think they would get arrested for something like that if they say they didn't do it. Or there is no damage. Its really depends on the situation i think. Maybe is the person will be a smart *** he will go to jail. Or just get a ticket for throwing that bottle garbage out side.

Depends if the bottles had beer in them. If so thats a crime to waste good beer

If they break anything then its destruction of private property. Also if they come near a person it could be considered an attack on a person.
