In addition to makemytrip.com always check out yatra.com, and also always check out Indian Airlines net fares, sometimes they are the cheapest - its called "X" fares, only a few seats are available on selected flights. I once booked Bombay Madras for Rs 700 through Indian Airlines website whereas all the cheap fare sites were offering much higher prices. Also check out Air Deccan and Spice Jet, but these fares usually are reflected on yatra and mmt sites. zoomtra.com is also a cheap fare site but not that friendly to navigate.

go to clear trip.com and you will find all the deals of all the airlines available to book. or you can try makemytrip.com as well

try kingfisher airlines or get a travel agent took you a flight to there or try air india or jet just to name a few or spice jet
