Im am currently on a football team and i am trying to increase my speed to get better. I am a starting fullback right now with a 40 time of 5.9 In my mind i know i could do better so i realized that im not flexible. Could that be the problem? I cant even come close to touching my toes without bending my knees. If it is the problem what are some streches or ways i could get more flexible?
