hey, but i don't think there's a video of miley cyrus getting tickeled.. but you could check on www.youtube.com if they have any videos of her.. :)

I doubt that you will ever find a tickling video with her as it would probably be considered as negative publicity for her.
Other than the clip on the TV show mentioned before, your boyfriend is probably out of luck.

For one thing, that's odd.
