Firstly have you had it valued. If not do that first, It may not be worth as much as you think, when you have done that, try e-bay, and set a price for what you want for it, so you are not ripped off. Good luck.

You are probably best to sell it at a specialist auction or antique fair. If it is worth what you say you will be offered peanuts for it. Stick to your guns and you will get the best price

Make a phone call to a couple of book stores that deal in rare books, then go from there, if you want to sell it, expect them to charge you 10%.

you could sell it on ebay as u can set a fixed price, i would go to a auction house as there would be experts there and u could end up getting more money

Ebay is best because you can monitor it yourself. What is the book?? How do you know that it is the only one, may be it just wasn't very popular in which case it would not be worth much at all (about £2)

well first of all what makes u believe it is worth 1000 quid?
it is only worth what someone will pay for it,contact a books
dealer in London and they will offer you money if it is worth
anything. or contact a auction house for valuation.
